Step 2: We’ll complete a viability assessment free of charge and get that back to you within one working day.  The report will explain the likelihood of purchasing the car you’ve specified within your timescale and budget, along with any suggestions that may be of help to get the best possible car for your money. 

Step 3: If necessary, once you have the viability report we can amend the search as per your instructions.

Step 4: If you’d like us to start searching, as soon as we receive the £49 search fee we can get going.

You simply tell us what you’re after and we do the rest. There are no hidden costs: £200 for cars up to £10,000, £300 for cars up to £25,000, £400 for cars costing £25,000 to £150,000. Purchasing a car this way typically saves a buyer 10% to 20% (sometimes more) off retail prices. If your bid isn't successful at auction, we refund all of your money immediately (charging no purchase fee) - we don't expect to be paid if we don't manage to secure the car that you want. Hopefully you'll ask us to find an alternative, but there is no obligation to do so and all your money, including the sourcing fee, comes back to you immediately.

Knowing your money is safe

We want your purchase process to be a pleasant one, and understand that a massive part of that is knowing that your money is safe with us.  You of course have our assurances on your purchase contract that your money will only ever be used to buy your car (and returned immediately if our bid is unsuccessful) and that it will remain in our Lloyds business account until the auction. And we'll never ask for funds (or indeed accept them) until you've identified a particular car you'd like to bid on. However, for your absolute peace of mind, we recommend paying at least £101 of your purchase fund by credit card, meaning that the entire amount used for the purchase, up to £30,000, is insured and protected by your credit card provider. Our business model means that your money is 100% safe anyway, but at no extra cost you can have the peace of mind that your card provider affords you.

Our 7-day promise

We guarantee delivery of your car within 7 working days of purchase, but it's usually much faster.  If you'd prefer to collect your vehicle direct from auction, next-day appointments are often available.  It's your car; you've paid for it and you should have it as soon as possible.

Please note that if you've asked us to MOT and service your car, that will slow things a little, but we will always get your car to you without delay.

After researching condition and history and assessing their suitability to meet your requirements, we’ll offer you a variety of cars which meet the specifications you have requested. No having to listen to salesmen trying to convince you their car is what you need; just helpful advice and a very convenient service. For each car we propose we will outline any cons as well as the pros that they offer. We offer complete transparency and we really want to find a car that is perfect for you. Apart from the financial savings our service offers, it is here that we feel we stand out from the people trying to sell you a car (who often forget to mention that the car is due a £600 cam belt change etc.) because we are working on your behalf.

Going the extra mile - sorting all the extras, saving you the trouble

Once your purchase is complete, we take care of all the logistics involved in getting your car to your door. We will deliver at cost (e.g. London to Newcastle for £220) and also offer warranties from the market-leading provider at cost (for some makes and models as little as £10 per month). If you’d like us to do so we can also arrange pre-delivery MOTs and servicing at trade rates. We charge a single £149 logistics fee to handle mechanical work (MOTs, servicing etc.) but all after-sales services are provided at cost.  Note: if you only want a mechanical inspection to check the car is safe and/or be sure that any assured mechanical reports are accurate, then we charge a reduced fee of just £75 to take care of this on your behalf. However, if you want any subsequent repairs arranged at trade rates, MOTs and/or servicing etc. the full £149 fee is applicable.
Initial call to delivery times can be as little as three days, but a number of factors will influence how quickly we can get you the car that you want and if you’ve asked for pre-delivery extra services the process will obviously take a little longer.
